John,

Yes been having the same issue and have reported it to Coke and they say they are working on it.. What I have found that works is using Firefox. Appears they have as issue with IE working/not working to get to the site and enter codes.. I have now used Firefox for the past 3 weeks due to this. Good Luck

This is a crock of BS. I have saved up for 3 different items, only to find they were out of stock or discontinued. My girlfriend saved for months to get 800 points for a cooler and when they changed the web site, they eliminated all of my account information, deleted it from my favorites (as well as all of my other favorites).
Just today I tryed to get a dollar off coupon for 35 points. My pop-up blocker questioned so I let it allow the pop-up, only to find that the link had magically disappeared! When we are done cashing in out rewards, we will likely switch to Pepsi like others on this blog have mentioned.

That response from Coke is filled with BS. Six people in my house, each drinking Coca-Cola products all the time, and we all have friends over all the time... Man, we buy a lot of Coke. But still, this limit is just a pain.

I am tired of the t-sh#t they are too small for me even the xl. they think that people come in small to xl but if you have been drink sodas for any time you might not be an xl. you might be a 2xl. also i have been getting error messages to. coke can do better. they sure charge enought for a 20 once drink. 1.38 here in the old NC.

Let me tell everyone about my experience and then maybe as a group we can put pressure on Coke to fulfill their obligations. When Coke changed over to their 120 point per week gimmick, they must have gone through some kind of upgrade. Much like everyone else, I started having problems entering codes where I didn’t have the problem before. I filed a complaint with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer services here in Florida and they took up my concern with Coke. My complaint has been delayed only due to Coke delivering a fictitious address on most of their websites. If you send correspondence to the PO Box 1734 address it will get sent back by the post office. Their real address is:
The Coca-Cola Company
One Coca-Cola Plaza
Atlanta, GA 30313
Their tech support general mailbox is: mycokerewards.general@na.ko.com
BUT if you live in Florida and are having problems with mycokerewards then send a letter to:
Joann Davis – Regulatory Specialist III
Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services,
The Capitol,
Tallahassee, FL 32399-0800

You can reference my case # if you need … it’s reference # 0903-10080/JD

I've been looking but can't find anything.
Is there a way to script a nightly batch
to submit my coke rewards points? or weekly
batch since they change the limits?

Something like dropping them in a spreadsheet of text file that will drop them into the account up to the limit? I get them to fast to enter one at a time.

Thanks
HP

They have also done away with the B1G1F coke 12 pack and now the $1.00 off the 12 pack has disappeared. It appears most of what is left is useless junk that collects in drawers or "virtual" stupid items that no one wants. How disappointing.

I had been in Retail Grocery Management for 35 years,And Dealt with coke every week several times a week,it was always pleasent,But there My coke rewards program has become a disgrace to there image and company,Also I think its so bad now with the cheesy prizes etc there doing more damage to themselves in the long run,by screwing there customers around on this program, than if they were to just shut it down,if there not going to run it right and offer up something decent to apply your points to,The only way your going to get there attention is thru sales dropping on there product ,or a mass mailing campainge of all your redeemed caps and boxtops back to there home office letting them know just how bad it suks, and your upset about it of the actual best way is to get National Media attention brought on the problems and how coke has jacked its customers around ,cheated them out of trips and prizes ,points etc,and keeps offering less and less valuable prizes, while at the same time devalueing the point buying value,Coke figures ahh we got them all hooked on drinking it ,and playing this game with the points, now its time to cut our losses on this promotion and start to take back from the customer. All that means is its time for the customer to go somewhere else and drink someone elses product and not allow themselves to be manupliated in a now you see them now you dont points scam.

jim persinger

by the way Coke if you noticed in the last 6 months to a year or so raised there prices significantly on 12 packs from $2.99 to $3.59 all the way up to $4.99 a twelve pack,I told my friend one day when i was in the store ,this is rediclious they raise the price on the product so much and back the prizes and points for the game off so bad, someone is making a killing off the public in a disgracefull behind the back manner,Coke has always beena pretty good company ,untill I see them manupilateing and jacking there customers around, that will catch up to them over time i dont care how good there product is.

claudia

At least 9 12pks. leave this house in a week. It's bad enough we can only enter 120pts. a week but to have to spend the points and add cash for an reward is outrageous.I've been spending a little at a time waiting for something big. lol I had 18000pts when they changed in Feb. Now I've been getting gifts for everyone else. Oh the mcr pts. are worthless was going to use them for hotel in Hawaii. It was $200-300 more than if I just added it on to my flight. What a crock. I've had to use someone elses pc to even get on the site. it wants me to download a new flash. I have now 10x and still no site.

I,m sorry to hear that Coca-cola is doing this to their loyal customers.I,m a loyal coca-cola user.Wonder why they won,t do anything about this.

angry coke drinker

today i found out that my 4598 points that i had been saving for years had expired this is a n outrage i had been on vacation for the last 3 months and my points were taken. fuck coca cola, pepsi all the way

Steven Gordon

As a Coke drinker (and college student) I feel for those of you who have been screwed by this "promotion". I admit that I cheat...I go through the plastic recycle bins at my school and pilfer the caps off of the bottles that are thrown away. For those of you who may have noticed, the promotion ends this December. After it ends, I plan to quit drinking soda and switch to water or tea. Coca Cola really should have tested this out more thoroughly. And who really wants magazines or electronic game pieces which aren't worth crap?

Nancy McKane

I have not been able to enter codes for awhile now this is what i get instead unable to process your request at this time, please try again later. what is going on

Wendy

I'm mad I made it to a sertian point and nw I'm not reconised with my e-mail

Point Addict in New York State

Suggestion for those that live in a state with a bottle deposit law. GO TO BOTTLE RETURNS AND ASK IF YOU CAN HAVE THE CAPS FROM RETURNED SODAS. I have been doing this for a few months now and have gotton over 1000 caps and over 100 drinks accordingly. IT IS DIRTY WORK but if you really want the points and caps...The prizes don't really impress me, but the drinks are nice to have stocked in the fridge. AND YES, multiple accounts that send the coupons to your friends and relatives is a helpful way to enter more caps to get more soda. Enjoy.

Jude

I think I posted on the old page from 2006. Anyhow, it vanished.
I drink regular Sprite and somehow came across the Coke Rewards. I was just putting the codes in for the "fun" of it. 63 so far..
But, can someone tell me what the "game pieces" are??
I will probably end up with a couple bottles of Coke if it isn't "out of stock" like the first time I looked.

Rictor

Listia is a great place to get free My Coke Reward Codes: http://ryandillman.com/2009/11/26/how-to-get-free-coke-reward-points/

Luigi

I also had near 16.000 points and then I got the e-mail telling me: "You are screwed if you don't use your points" we are cutting your ability to get a nice prize...
So I wasted my points in junk I did not want just not to loose my effort, then closed my account and quit drinking coke. Sucks the way coke ripped people off who were really serious about playing the game of buying coke just to gain points.I was one, but hell no more!
