Amazon opened a dry goods grocery store. The best part is everything is eligible for Amazon Prime.
They appear to be selling cases of stuff. Free 2 day shipping for really heavy stuff, I have no idea how they make any money on this.

I don't know who their target market is. Their prices are good, but not exceptional (based on my quick look around), and the quantities they're selling don't encourage just ordering something new to see if you like it. Though I guess people buy cases of food at Costco, and this lets you avoid the awful lines.
It could be a good way for city folks to buy formula and canned goods, since it would save them having to haul it home.
I wish they had organic babyfood.
