I order a Sirius Satellite radio from Sirius over the weekend. I think It was a big mistake. They have no customer service for hardware orders. Their main 888 number does not have an option for order support and the people I talked with, said they could not help me.
One guy was nice enough to transfer me to their main number for their new Canadian service.
Buy your radio from Crutchfield, they treat their customers much better.
UPDATE: I found the Sirius Store phone number, it is 800-422-7142 in case you were wondering. I've been on hold for 20 35 50 minutes now. Their customer service really is awful.
2ND UPDATE: Man, the Sirius store is awful. Their customer service people are not allowed to cancel orders. My radio was supposed to ship on Dec. 12. The rep I talked with said they were told the radios are going to ship between the 12th and the 17th, but he was skeptical. His suggestion was to cancel the order with UPS when I finally get my tracking number.
Do not buy anything from the Sirius store. I hope their regular customer service is better.
